Crown Point tattoo studio

WE'RE EXPANDING (sorta), as the studio put it. In October 2026 Tommy Solace and Joey Malia opened a second Art and Sol upstairs at 118 1/2 W Clark St in downtown Crown Point. Appointment only.

Inside the Crown Point studio: brick walls and tall windows looking out over downtown Crown Point.

Getting the Crown Point spot open took a lot of back and forth with the city, from planning officials all the way to the city council. Tommy and Joey both book here, and Kankakee stays open.

It's appointment only, so book with Tommy or Joey directly. Joey's request form asks which studio you want. Applying with Tommy? Say which studio in the application.

It's in downtown Crown Point, a short drive from Merrillville, St. John, Cedar Lake and Winfield. Grand opening news drops on the studio's Instagram and Facebook.
