Karo Trzzy handles most of the studio's fine line and blackwork, with a dark illustrative streak: skulls in branches, coffins, plague doctors, mandrake roots, third-eye cats and botanicals, plus lettering. A lot of it starts as flash.

Good to know

  • Tiny detail needs a little room. Super fine detail crammed into a tiny space can blur together over time, so your artist may suggest going a touch bigger.
